Ben Fleskes of bigbenbricks.com is a brilliant designer/sculptor of making insanely difficult things out of LEGO blocks. This time, Ben created this amazing 80’s style Pac-Man arcade machine made out of LEGO blocks. Standing at 34 inches, this Pac-Man arcade machine is fully functional! Outside of the electronics, joy stick controls, speakers, and the Jamma 48-1 board that allows the player to play classic games such as retro games of the yesteryears such as Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Space Invaders, everything on this arcade machine is pure LEGOs. What’s even more awesome is the fact that Ben didn’t cut down or alter a single block of LEGO to fit his design. I really dig the detailed work on the Pac-Man graphics done in LEGO on the side of the cabinet and the face plate on the top of the machine. It’s freakin’ brilliant!

Its going to be a bit hard to understand what this is all about from just the picture (above), but if you are a fan of rock and comics, you will be amazed by what the creative artists at seeper created at the front facade of the Great Keep at Rochester Castle. Rochester Castle has been the focal point of much battle and turmoil during its less-than colorful history of seige warfare, but seeper used Rochester Castle’s historical castle walls as a back drop to an incredible light show featuring the music of rock legends ACDC and the upcoming movie, Iron Man 2. Titled, “ACDC Vs Iron Man 2 – Architectural Projection Mapping on Rochester Castle“, this light show was made to promote the new ACDC x Iron Man 2 soundtrack.
On the site of a thousand years of violent history, ACDC were pitted against Iron Man in a ground breaking architectural projection mapping project. The front facade of the Great Keep at Rochester Castle, was brought to life using the latest in 3D animation techniques. This onslaught of the senses, saw the castle confront it’s ultimate challenge. Warping, morphing, spewing and collapsing before the audiences eyes. Let there be rock!
Even though there isn’t much featuring Iron Man, the video is quite brilliant and awesome to watch. The music is great. The visuals are great. I’m just sad that I wasn’t there to check it out in person.
