Yeah… This looks pretty stupid. Game developer, UbiSoft recently posted a commercial for their new game, ‘We Dare’ for the Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3. Think of it as an raunchy adult version of ‘Mario Party’. We Dare features “dare” themed mini-games and pushes the player to perform acts such as trying to kiss the controller and spanking each other (like depicted above). I don’t know about you, but I think the act of kissing a Wiimote crusted with sweat from someone using it years seems like a poor decision and a risk to your health. Let alone the fact that someone may have tucked the controller near someone’s ass. I hope there isn’t a mini-game where someone has to deep throat a Wiimote. Who the hell knows. From the commercial, it looks like the game is suppose to ignite an uncontrollable urge for women to get all grabby and nekked behind closed doors with each other. I’m not sure if that’s guaranteed or not. Well, at the moment, “We Dare” looks to be exclusive to European gamers with little to no self-respect. As far as I can tell, American households are safe from such a game.

This was bound to happen. If you are a fan of the Wii console system, you know how odd the first party motion sensor bar is. The little black strip kind of sits there and pretty much collects dust. It sticks out like a sore thumb on top of your television and its ugly. Thanks to Power A (a division of Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, Inc), you can dress the sensor bar up to look bad ass. With Lucas Art’s blessings, Power A will be producing a bitchin’ Star Wars themed motion sensor holder that looks like Darth Vader. The sensor bar fits right inside Vader’s signature red lightsaber. The Darth Vader sensor bar holder won’t be made of crummy color injected plastic either. These holders will be sculpted and produced in a light resin. Also, you won’t have to worry about the holder messing with the motion sensor has the design and material won’t hinder the hardware’s performance. As another bonus, the holder won’t cost you an arm and leg. The MSRP is only $39.99. Look out for it at your favorite video game/toy store soon.

A Cal-State Fullerton student was arrested and federally charged on Monday for illegally modifying XBOX360’s, PS3’s, and Wii’s to play pirated games. Seems like the ESA and FBI are hitting this kid pretty hard to try and make an example out of him. I wonder if the gamers will start seeing those crazy and ridiculous RIAA $$Million$$ dollar fines that are being handed down by the courts recently.
