Things are starting to get very interesting… It was reported today that Paramount won’t be picking up Megan Fox’s option for the third installment in Michael Bay’s Transformer trilogy. What that means is that Megan Fox will NOT be in Transformer 3. “Officially and unofficially”, it was announced that Michael Bay wanted to move the story into a different direction and cast a new female love interest opposite, Shia LeBeouf. However, many believe this may be just be the direct result of a strained relations between the director and the starlet as Megan Fox once described Michael Bay as “Hitler”. If you factor in the insane nature of Michael Bay, Megan Fox sealed her fate when she made that comment. Was she out of line? I don’t know… Was it a smart choice to drop Megan Fox? I haven’t the slightest clue. It is true that Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen really lacks a strong storyline and it clustered with barrage of over-the-top special effects and explosions, but I do feel that I feel a bit cheated considering we did invest ourselves to this relationship between Sam and Mikaela since the first movie and now it doesn’t exist. Go ahead and call me a hopeless romantic, but it was fun to see an awkward and goofy loser like Sam Witwicky that we all can relate to in some shape and form get the “hot girl”. This being the third movie and most likely the last from Michael Bay for Transformers, why not finish the story with the relationship of Sam and Mikaela intact. I guess personal grudges is more important.
I wonder if Shia LeBeouf’s recent criticism about Transformers Revenge of the Fallen will result in the fate as well. It will be very interesting to see how Transformers 3 will develop over the summer and I am pretty sure there will be more announcement to come. Personally, I am very disappointed from this news. I am REALLY going to miss those “out of the blue” slow motion, bouncy-bouncy sequences. /drool

The web is buzzin’ with rumors about the possibility that Megan Fox is being tapped (lmao) to play the lead in the reboot of Robert E. Howard’s character, Red Sonja. We have heard over the last three+ years about the reboot with Rose McGowan as the lead and more news regarding delays due to casting, script, financial problems, yadda, yadda, yadda. With the recent news that Rose McGowan has been cast as a so-called witch in the reboot for Conan, it leaves us scratching our head and asking the question, “What about Red Sonja?”.
Entertainment/movie sites are already spreading the unconfirmed rumor that Megan Fox has been offered to play the red-haired vixen. Nothing is confirmed as neither parties have confirmed or denied this rumor, but you have to think that there must be some truth behind it. Regardless, the world is split when it comes to the topic of Megan Fox. Many adore her for her stunning looks, while many despise her for her lackluster acting and many other things (the list goes on and on and on…). Regardless, it is true that Megan Fox has the looks to pull off a sexy Red Sonja, but even I have concerns whether she can carry the lead in a movie. Whether you like her or hate her, you have to admit that if you are looking for a good looking gal that easy on the eyes in skin-tight clothing and looks great in a slow-motion running sequence (like in Bayformers), than Megan Fox is your girl. Unfortunately, she has a long ways to go to be able to carry the lead in any movie regardless of what genre it is (unless it was pr0n). In my opinion, Rose McGowan is not that much better as an actress than Megan Fox, but at least Megan Fox is easier on the eyes. I’m just sayin’…

The web is buzzing this week due to a report that Megan Fox (Transformers, Jennifer’s Body) has been cast opposite Christian Bale and Michael Caine in Christopher Nolan’s unnamed third installment (not yet confirmed) in the Batman saga. Gordon Smart’s Bizzare from The Sun (a UK based tabloid) reported this piece of news earlier this week claiming that Megan Fox has been signed on to play Catwoman and Batman fanatics have been up-in-arms regarding this piece of news. The Sun used outlandish remarks such as, “Megan will need to get into practice with her talcum powder application...” to claim this piece of rumor mill to be true only to have it debunked by entertainment news groups such as Ain’t It Cool News. That being said, Megan Fox’s publicist has mentioned that Megan is a huge fan of Christopher Nolan’s Batman films and is open to such casting.
Since this news came up, many people (especially on Twitter) have been complaining about the possibility of Megan Fox becoming Catwoman. Rather than quoting all these complaints here, I will give you my take and picks of the perfect Catwoman.
Lets face it. The 3rd Batman film will needs a female character to play off of Batman and Bruce Wayne. Rachel Dawes was the anchor that kept Bruce Wayne grounded in the first 2 movies (Katie Holmes in Batman Begins and Maggie Gyllenhaal in The Dark Knight) and now that she has died (sorry if I spoiled her death to you, but if you haven’t watched Dark Knight yet, you deserved it) there is a void that must be filled in the next movie. Catwoman is a perfect choice as a new character to introduce in Christopher Nolan’s Batman saga. Catwoman has been everything from villain to love interest since her introduction in 1940 (Batman #1). Of course, this article is not really about why Catwoman should be in the next Batman movie, but which actress would be most suitable to play her.
High school life can be really hard. Megan Fox is quite an adorable gal. She has graced the covers of countless magazines and is a daily fixture on many entertainment news sites and blogs. Her exposure on the web is so great that there was even a “A Day Without Megan Fox” that called for a boycott on news regarding the starlet.
Considering, she is very easy on the eyes and have been known to be very friendly to her fans, it is pretty insane when it comes of some of the stuff she has said on the red carpet and during interviews.
