Teefury’s latest design on sale today is a magnificent illustration of our favorite bounty hunter in the Star Wars universe, Boba Fett as a luchador! Titled “El Boba”, this epic illustration comes from illustrator/graphic artist, John Sprengelmeyer (also know as Captain Ribman on Teefury). I am surprised that this has not happened before. Boba Fetts’ Mandelorian armor design would make a brilliant luchador costume! John designed a pretty hilarious mash up of Boba Fett’s costume into a tight fitting luchador costume, including a very pimp Boba Fett’s helmet styled wresting mask. I would definitely buy one of those suckers if anyone would make one.
John Sprengelmeyer on his design: El Boba. Years after escaping the Sarlacc pit, with his bounty hunter status in ruins, Boba Fett occasionally freelanced as a Mexican wrestler.
Unfortunately, like all Teefury shirts, it is only available for 24 hours and you can get one for only a meer 9 buckaroos! Booya!

Why has no one thought of this before?! DeviantArt community member/artist “bmansnuggles” created this cool Megaman inspired hoodie. Considering the great stitch work and color matching, bmansnuggles is hoping to shop this concept around to get it manufactured. Due to the fact that the gaming market is bigger than ever (even in this terrible economy), I’m pretty sure he can get his design picked up OR ripped off by someone else. I really love everything about the design of this hoodie, but only complaint is that Megaman’s blaster seems a bit… how do you say… flaccid? Great work anyhow. Now, where’s my Iceman and Cutman hoodies?!

First Star Wars. Then Halo. Now clothing designer and manufacturer, Marc Ecko tackles the infamous baddies of sci-fi and horror movies. Called, “The Black Rhino Collection”, Marc Ecko has created 5 new zip-up hoodies inspired by cult classic icons such as Jason Voorhess from Friday the 13th, Jigsaw from Saw, “The Demon” (Gene Simmons) from KISS (not sure why they are grouped with the others) and The Dark Knight’s Batman and Joker. Each of these goes for a little under 100 dollars and is limited edition, so they are collectible as well. Just don’t buy wear these if your planning to rob a bank. I don’t want to hear on the news that Jason Voorhees was killed in a burglary attempt. Or do I? Hit the jump to see these fantastic hoodies from The Black Rhino Collection (The Joker hoodie is my favorite!)

I still have fond memories of reading Maurice Sendak’s ever so iconic children’s book, Where the Wild Things Are when I as a child so you can’t blame me to be excited to see Spike Jonze’s movie adaptation of the book. With the crazy hype and popularity of the movie, apparel designer Opening Ceremony just released clothing inspired by the iconic characters such as Max, Ira, and Douglas. Named the “Where the Wild Things Are X” collection, you can find jackets, tops, and full body jumpers.
by staring into their yellow eyes without blinking once”, max was made the king of the wild things. you can achieve his look far more easily with max’s iconic wolf play suit. identical to the one illustrated by maurice sendak and brought to life by spike jonze, our collaborative piece with the director features a super soft faux fur one piece with six brown buttons down the front, a snap off faux raccoon fur tail, attached fingerless gloves, and a hood with attached ears and a snap closure at the neck.
From the looks of the collection, it doesn’t really scream inspiration, but more like screams of death as the clothes gives me a good idea of what types of clothes you can make from the dead carcass of a “Wild Thing”. This would make an EPIC episode of Man Vs. Wild. I don’t know about you, but the girls look adorable in Max’s wolf jumpsuit, but the guys look goofy as hell. I’ll pass.
