What time is it?! It actually IS “adventure time”! Who doesn’t love ‘Adventure Time’. If you don’t, you have no soul. As for illustrator, Adam Tran, he is a fan! He designed a cool conceptual art of an Adventure Time BMO wrist watch. Adam begged the Internet to steal his design and make it to reality. Digital artist, Anthony Gonzalez took the concept further and created a 3D rendering of the watch. Now, it’s up to the Adventure Time Gods whether this bitchin’ watch becomes real or not.

Ah, but you forgot the new kid on the block. Diet Coke with Splenda. It’s the only diet soda I can drink because asparteme (the bug-poison-sold-as-sweetener) makes me gag.

Hmm, your first read was actually coecrrt, but maybe I oversimplified it.We live a mere ten minutes from the gym, so we can afford staying there a long time, usually somewhere between 2 and 2h30 hours. So, it’s not like I’m rushing, I take all my time.I start warming up with cycling, then move on to exercising my back. I do this with three machines but I don’t know the names, perhaps I’ll pay more attention to that next time. Anyway, I do 3x 20 on each, 9x 20 total. Then I move to abdominals. I’ve always been ok at that. 10x 20.Then my thighs. About a year and a half ago, I fell and injured my left knee. It took a lot of kinesitherapy to recover 100%, and during that time, the practitioner taught me many exercises I now repeat.I don’t do anything else. I head to the shower and to the sauna.I stretch a lot every 3x and also while changing machines. Also, the weights are not great. I don’t want to kill myself, I just need to be fit. I’m thinking of doing only this for a month before adding arm work, important for wall climbing, but you know that now Do you think I am overreacting here? Your advice is appreciated.
