mmmm… Felicia Day. Everyone’s favorite geek gal, Felicia Day (the star of ‘The Guild’) will be staring in a six-episode web series titled, ‘Dragon Age: Redemption’. This web series is a spin-off from BioWare’s very popular ‘Dragon Age’ video game series. Felicia Day, who wrote and co-produced the web series will play Tallis, a snarky elf assassin who will be hunting down a bastard magician throughout the series. She will be recruit members into her hunting party. Considering this will be a full-blown fantasy-type series, Felicia doesn’t fear the constraints of a web series’ small budget.

“I am an organic gamer and I love games, and I particularly love this franchise. I put every single effort into making this something that gamers will be proud of. Even though we were constrained a lot as a Web series, none of the people who were involved took that as a constraint. They took that as a challenge.”

Dragon Age: Redemption’s story will take place during the ‘Dragon Age II’ storyline which the game is due out on March 8th, 2011. A small preview of ‘Dragon Age: Redemption’ will premiere during ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ on February 16th.
