Sea Shepard is a notorious eco-friendly terrorists that fights against Japans “scientific” whaling vessels. Sea Shepards newest addition to their eco-armada is called the “Ady Gil”. The Ady Gil is a 1.5 million dollar anti-whaling vessel that includes a ultra-futuristic sleek design equipped with carbon fiber trimaran which reinforced with kevlar (the material used for bullet proof vests) to cut through massive waves and withstand the freezing elements found in the Artic. Also, it features technology that keeps it undetectable to radar. This bad boy premiered in November 2009. Unfortunately, two months later, the Ady Gil is probably underwater.
During an operation against a Japanese whaling vessel, the Ady Gil suffered a fatal crash with a Japanese whaling ship. The crew on both ships suffered minor injuries, but the Ady Gil lost a huge part of its body in the accident. A piece about 8 foot long was broken off the front, causing the crew to jump ship. Unfortunately, during the altercation, the crew on the Japanese whaling boat laughed and heckled at the crew of the Ady Gil while pummeling them with the water cannon. Considering, due to the damage, the Ady Gil was already taking on water, it probably didn’t help that the Japanese whalers where helping to speed up the process. In mist of this accident, controversy is brewing as the Ady Gil crew claims that the Japanese vessel intentional steered their vessel to crash into the Ady Gil. Regardless, whether this was an accident or intentional, I am surprised this $1,500,000+ “stealth” boat couldn’t evade the massive whaling vessel. I’m pretty sure Hulk Hogan and “Thunder” could have. BTW… that was a reference to Hulk Hogan’s short-lived action television show “Thunder in Paradise”. Orz

While it is highly recommended that you leave electrical modifications and rewiring to an experienced marine electrician, you can take part in your boat fitouts and modifications. Make a list of additions, modifications, and parts or supplies needed for remodelling your boat’s interior and exterior. Painting and trimming the hull and the interiors are usually part of the work, so include appropriate equipment in your list, such as grinding and sandblasting equipment, spray paint machines and airbrushes, and boat paints and coats. You can choose from all kinds of hull, sail, and interior designs being offered by most yacht supply shops. It usually takes a team to remodel a boat, so it is best that you include professional marine electricians, decorators, and builders when applying modifications on your boat.
