You remember the scenes in the live action Transformer movies where the All-Sparks’ energy turns random electronics into violent little Decepticons? Well, designer/artist James Ian Killinger gives us a taste of what may have been if the All Spark energy tapped into an old school Sega Saturn “Mission Stick” joystick. James’ creation, “Robo-Space-Bug” was the end product of a project to reduce an object (in this case the Sega Saturn joystick) in to its individual raw components and then create something new out of it. Everything you would find on a bug’s anatomy such as the hind wings, prothorax, and mandible is recreated in this robotic bug. The only items that he added outside of the parts found on the joystick were three measly screws. This is much cooler than my attempt to turn a waffle iron into a segway. Son of a bitch wouldn’t run on maple syrup. It smelled really good though.

Two Words: BLOG HEAVEN. I have hit the motherload, praise him.:)
Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.
